We grow stronger together as a company and create a better society for everyone as we cultivate an inclusive and diverse culture that advocates for equity. As part of our Grow Together for Inclusion and Diversity initiative, we have six Employee Resource Groups (ERGs) with top company leadership serving as a sponsor of each. Our Inclusion and Diversity Council includes our executive leadership team, the chairs and co-chairs of each ERG, the Vice President and Treasurer of the Arconic Foundation, and our Vice President of Inclusion and Diversity.
In addition, Arconic Foundation’s funding priorities have been expanded to include environmental sustainability and advancing social equity, allocating almost US$2 million in 2020 toward those efforts. Working with the Arconic Foundation, we partner with nonprofit and community organizations around the world where we operate, to enhance education through skill-building learning experiences, promote environmental sustainability, and advance social equity. This community engagement is further enhanced by the thousands of Arconic employee volunteers who share their talents and time to make a difference in their communities.
